In my humble opinion. I honestly would not refer anyone to this firm. As a former employee I just can’t. Very unprofessional and it was not a work friendly environment. They need a more experienced and qualified office manager who knows what they are doing. Hope it gets better in the future!

I had an accident in June 2016 and the way they handled it was outstanding. In the beginning it seemed we had some issues but eventually this law firm especially Mr Andrew tackled and settled it in a truly professional and very agreeable way! I really liked the Services and Professionalism of this law firm, again especially of Me Andrew! May they stay blessed!

I must say that Heather went above and beyond to make sure I received every piece of paperwork and kept me well informed! She made the process so much easier I would do business with them again! Thank you. -Donte🙏🏾

It’s been taking a long time and I definitely feel like I’m annoying them with questions but they’re good people. This accident just seriously ruined my life. Heather’s kind though and explains everything that’s happening and what they’re waiting on. Jason’s responsive and does his best to assuage my concerns about the case. The office clearly knows what they’re doing and I hope for a good outcome. Update: Andrew finalized everything for me and kept me updated the entire time. It ended well and they were wonderful the entire time.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have no clue what is going on with my case. They dont return calls Im the one calling to give them correct info. The Office manager is horrible and rude gave me documents with someone elses name on it and wanted me to mark it out sign it and have it notarized. NO!! she has given me false information over and over She has no customer service at all. I really want to fire this firm and seek counsel else where. Total nightmare....

Working with Jeffery Krueger was a pleasure. If I lived in the state I would hire him for everything. What I appreciated most is that he took on my passion for the case ending us up with a desirable outcome.

I called due to some issues with a recent home purchase and they offer free consultations. I called and talked to Jeffrey for almost 30 minutes on the phone, he was so patient with me, thoroughly listened to me, and explained what I needed to know and needed to bring to see if I had a case. We went over the whole situation and then met in person, where he and another lawyer went through all my documents to see what my options were. They provided several options for ways to proceed with the goal of maximizing the money I receive, which meant that their first three options didn’t even involve them! I really appreciated the honesty and transparency and earnest desire to help! They prepared me for multiple scenarios and sent me home. And the craziest part was that this was all just the free consultation! For comparison, I called another lawyer for a free consultation. I got a 10-minute conversation while the guy was in his car on the way somewhere else, he offered me one solution that would cost me about $500 off the get go, and that was it. I would heartily recommend J.W. Krueger Law in a heartbeat, and I have whenever anyone has mentioned possibly needing a lawyer!

I don’t recommend this place. My accident happened in 2017 and I have yet to get any sort of compensation from them. Every time I call or email—it’s other BS I don’t care about. My case has been in the same status for over a year now.
