Jim is a great attorney I work in the same office for another attorney and he is always willing to help and give advice and if unable to assist he knows referrals! He is very knowledgeable in his expertise. He doesn't make promises he can't keep and is very forward with the facts but works hard at getting you the outcome your looking for. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a bankruptcy or family attorney! Hands down he's the best attorney in his line of work!

Jim was willing and able to help me with my situation and I was so happy with the outcome. I had no idea what I was doing or what to do next. His staff was friendly, down to earth and 'held my hand' through the whole process. I don't think I'll ever call another attorney first, no matter what the issue might be - just because I know he'll give great advice, if not solve the problem himself! Mr. Weinandy was a court appointed attorney for my son. I found he took no BS from the prosecutor and really fought hard for my son. He seemed to really care about his wellbeing!
