I contacted Mr. Thompson about a speeding ticket I acquired over memorial day weekend doing 16 over in a construction zone driving a commercial vehicle. He wasn’t sure what the prosecutor would be willing to do, and was very upfront and honest about that fact, but promised to do the best he could. A week and a half later he personally called me to let me know he had gotten it reduced to a non-moving equipment violation!! Very very good news for me and my spotless driving record! I was referred to Mr. Tompson by another firm. I made a large mistake, and was given a ticket for 16 over in a work zone in a CMV (not hard when it drops from 70-50) Tom told me that he wasn’t sure what the prosecutor would do with it, but he would do his best.
