I have the upmost respect and confidence in this Law office and the staff that works there ! Over the last year and half I have been in the office with various concerns about our custody case and always greeted by Teresa with a smile and what can I do to help ! They always answer my questions and if they don’t know the answer they reply as soon as they can! We just won our case in court and in noble county for a Dad to get custody you know your lawyer is on his game ! Cliff is a understanding and caring lawyer and listens to your concerns and follows through to get the results you need ! They went above and beyond for us and I’ll always go to them for all my future legal matters ! If looking for a lawyer for any matter I highly recommend Cliff Sickler and his staff in Caldwell Ohio !

Extremely rude and unprofessional and if you disagree with anything they just keep your money and cut you off! Won’t even contact you about your own case!

They are very rude and unprofessional. After paying a retainer fee, I was ignored and treated as if I was guilty on charges that I clearly was not involved in. There were No new information they found or gave me. After speaking with a very rude intern from the office, Chloe Spencer, she let me know there was nothing they would do and I should seek help somewhere else. I asked her to bring someone else to the phone because her tone was Very Rude and I was not expecting that tone from the law office I payed and trusted. She hung up on after I asked for my money back and Sickler law off blocked my number. I received a $2 check in the mail today and a list of charges that they did not do the work for. I do not recommend anyone to use Sickler Law office. If you know of a Trusted lawyer please feel free to share their information, I will continue to fight for my case and will take this matter as public as I need to.
