Worse agency ever been through a bunch of crooks they don't communicate at all. They take your insurance money when they supposed to give it to you. Horrible horrible horrible will never recommend them to anyone

ABSOLUTELY WORST LAW FIRM!

I had a great experience with Stephanie Mehle and her paralegal Natalie but once I got transferred over to a different attorney, mike harlyn (not sure if that’s correct for the last name) I could never get ahold of him and I was constantly told he would call me back. Completely unprofessional.

The firm represented me very well. They kept me up-to-date on the status of my claim. They also checked in on me regularly to see how my care was progressing. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!!

✨Update: I recently spoke with Stephanie and she was very apologetic in regards to this misunderstanding. After speaking with her. I realize we are all human and we can all make mistakes. Our misunderstanding was talked out. Although Stephanie no longer represents my daughter. I can appreciate her calling to make things right. Now, I can respect a Law Firm that does that. Thank you. I changed my 1 ⭐️ star to a 3 star. Although we are parting ways, I feel a better understanding has taken place. Previous review: Earlier this year my daughter and I were in a accident. During the accident my daughter hit the side of her face and hit the side of her head. As a result my daughter suffers with headaches and dizzy spells. I also had to take off from work and was dropped from 5 days to 3 days due to this accident. When my attorney called me I was extremely disappointed that she was more concerned about the time and cost of filing a law suit. My daughter is only 4 years old. So I am her voice and she deserves to be heard. Stephanie never once met my daughter nor has she ever ask for me to bring my daughter in. So, Stephanie never build a relationship with her client (my daughter). Now when I was given this low ball offer and did not want to settle. Attorney Stephanie made me feel as though she did not believe my daughter can win a case if they had to file. Not saying I wanted to file. I just felt that Stephanie was only interested in settling. As a mother, My daughter health and well being is my number one priority. I did not fire my daughters attorney she decided to let this case go. I will be looking for a new Attorney that can represent my daughter and one that will take the time to actually build a Attorney client relationship. As for this law firm, I strongly would not recommend this law firm. I am not saying this law firm is no good. I am clearly stating facts which is Stephanie did not make me feel confident in her work after the conversation we just had. I felt Stephanie was offended by me not wanting to settle. So I do not recommend this law firm base on my experience with Stephanie alone. So when choosing a Attorney pay attention to how they make you feel. You should feel confident because that’s all that really matters at the end of the day.
