We first contacted Rafidi, Pallante & Melewski about a car accident we were involved with. The staff was friendly and courteous, and both Mark and Ryan were very helpful and patient with us. They made sure that the insurance adjusters did not rush us into settling and were patient while we dealt with doctoring, therapy, eventual surgery, and even worked around all the delays from the Covid-19 virus. We worked with Mark now for many years, he even sent an intern to our home since we live so far away and my child that was involved in the case was young and do to the injuries, not too mobile. The intern took take pictures and ask questions, and came out a few times. Mark got us almost 11 times the original amount he thought he would get us and that was after all bills paid. I was referred to Rafidi's office by my chiropractor. We went to Texas last summer for a family event, and while on our way to the event, we were in a car accident. Considering this was an out of state case, everything was done efficiently and quickly. The other party was not insured, and the owner of the vehicle I was in didn't want to pay my claim.
