My experience with RPM was nothing short of exemplary. Mark took the time to explain things thoroughly and laid out options. He was very polite and his advice was very very sound resulting in a successful judgement. I would highly recommend Mark and his crew. I'd give 6 stars if I could. What a tremendous experience it was having RP&M by my side representing me! Professionalism at its finest! It took some time however, not once did I feel neglected or ignored. They went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. I’m beyond blessed and grateful to have had them there. They did a good job fighting with Allstate for my settlement in a rear-end (read: whiplash) accident, after the insurer tried to sweep it under the table with a $500 check. Would use them again!
