I got accused of my second ovi( a ovi refusal with a prior ovi)nearly over a hour away from my house. Even tho Mr. Boske did not start off as my original attorney, I was able to acquire police dash cam footage of my arrest. The court was not trying to drop any of my charges for over a period of four months or more. The county which I was ordained in, ordered that I get party plates and and have a alcohol monitor blow device placed on my car. I did not get them placed on my car during this duration because the case was not over I still had the dash cam footage of my arrest , which I believed proved my innocence. I was prepared to go to jury trail until my final hearing. During my final hearing Mr. Boske was able to get my charges dropped. I was able to maintain my driving privileges and not have to get any plates or any devices installed on my car. Due to the area of my arrest the circumstances of me getting anything dropped was slim( 14-20%), but in the end I was able to walk away from this situation and move on, with the help of my attorney Micheal Boske.

Mike really saved me. Truck driver. Just signed on a house and I have a family. Got an ovi and 15 over speeding ticket erased. I’m very grateful. Thanks Mike.

I’m a repeat customer and will say Michael has earned my business. Not once but twice I gave him a mess one being a OVI and the other being some traffic tickets but both were short notice and due to priors near impossible to do anything with but not once twice Michael took on the job on the short notice and bent over backwards for me he keeps great communication and for once I find a lawyer that when talking on the phone doesn’t make me feel like I’m wasting his time. I don’t have enough good things to say about Chris. I contacted him about such a weird, drawn out custody battle with my ex. When I first called Chris I had no idea where to even start, when I went to his office 2 days later, he already knew exactly how he wanted to proceed.
