Jeremy Foltz is everything one hopes a lawyer wouldn't be. In my dealings with Mr. Foltz, I found him to be extremely impatient, almost to the point of not being able to focus on any matter that he isn't interested in. Mr. Foltz is not interested in hearing clients or other's complaints, nor sympathetic about their situation. He simply is there for the paycheck and that's it. I would highly discourage one to hire Mr. Foltz for his services. Prepare to be disappointed if you do.

This guy is an "ok" attorney but really not worth the money. Seems like he doesn't really care about you unless you've got cash in your hand for him. He made some promises that he didn't follow up on and acted like he didn't know me after I paid him. I called him 5 times and emailed him and didn't hear back from him. Only when I threatened to give him bad ratings did he email me back saying that he didn't care and that he didn't represent me anymore. If you're looking for an attorney in that area, you're better off just paying someone else who charges less or finding an attorney who at least cares a little. Conclusion: Not worth the money, keep looking.

This attorney made me promises and did not keep them. When I went to court he had no clue about my case and wanted me to settle. Its hard to defend somebody if your winging it. I even went in and talked with him because he was not calling or doing anything on my case. He was more concerned with being a magistrate then my attorney
