We have known Jimmy for years and he is always very reliable and professional. He works hard for each one of his clients to make sure they get the best possible outcome. He is very well known in the courts and that is a great asset to have as a lawyer! I highly recommend Jimmy and am thankful for all his hard work!

We were so fortunate to be referred to Mr. Haupt when a family member needed representation for a difficult OVI case. We live in another state and were so grateful for his kind and professional intervention. Our struggling family faced several complications through multiple court hearings, and Jim treated us all with patience and sympathy. He was responsive to inquiries (promptly replying to even late night or weekend questions) and dependable within the court setting. So my son hired this gentleman he seemed to want to help he talked a good game but honestly that was when you are handing him your money when you get to court it’s a different ball game and nobody has time for a lawyer that isn’t on your side. No good defense in this case and would tell you he didn’t say things when he clearly did!! I will not put my sons life in someone’s hands who is just there for the money only and yes at times he doesn’t reply back I would tell myself it’s because he is busy but after this experience I am probably wrong about that too!! Needless to say my son fired him and we parted ways. We did find another lawyer Thank God

Mr Haupt was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process and got my charge reduced. He always kept me updated every step of the way. If you’re needing an attorney hire him. He WILL help you the most that he can.

I'm not big on leaving reviews or anything of that sort, but in this case i feel that it is worth it. I was facing felony charges and basically telling my family goodbye. I was looking at a felony charge with a lot of jail time. Jim Haupt is by far the best lawyer out there in my opinion my charges were reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time I do have a background so I have dealt with a few lawyers he is by far hands down the best lawyer and would recommend him to anyone, family and friends. He was very personable and caring. Easy to contact and always ahead of the ball. He fought for me and allowed me to stay with my family. Im forever thankful.

We can’t say enough good about James Haupt. Our family interviewed several different defenders before deciding on Mr. Haupt. We never felt rushed as he patiently listened to the details of our case even before we hired him. He scheduled a face to face meeting with us the very next morning. A tremendous burden was lifted as he fought relentlessly for the best possible outcome.
