Richard Drake is the epitome of unprofessional. He was unresponsive to multiple discovery requests. He was non-compliant with orders. He never shared the requested information with me therefore I suffered in court. Without my own testimony on the stand, I would have lost my case. I have used him in the past (10 years ago) and he was much better. I’m not sure if the age is getting to him and he’s slowly lacking but he shouldn’t be practicing law anymore. I wouldn’t have my enemy hire him.
