They do nothing to help those who are disabled and being financially taken advantage of especially when you live out of state but the case is in Ohio

I was a passenger in my friend’s car and I was nervous to make a claim because my friend was at-fault for the accident. I didn’t want to screw my friend over, but I suffered bad injuries, especially in my arm. I reached out to KNR just to explore the possibility of a case. My attorney put my nerves to rest and helped me understand my friend wouldn’t be paying out of pocket for my claim. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get. These people are liars and cheaters, but they're so very polite while they're bending you over and shoviving their lies up your bum, that way you don't realize they're screwing you over. We will help you get compensation and we only take 10% of the total, really? Why are you getting more of my settlement than I am then? How does that work? Then they ignore for months and when you call and remind them you exist they will blow you off as politely as they can, leaving you with no straight answer. Then they refuse to give your share, which is less than theirs when its supposed to be more as that is what I was told but I guess it was a ploy to get me to hire them. They don't care how upside down your life is due to the accident that created a need for their service, they care about lining their pockets. If they can't get what they want they up their fee then tell you they reduced it so you could get some of the settlement, how do you reduce 10% then take more than 10%? I suppose if you're a rich person in need of their services they treat you different, but if you live paycheck to paycheck you don't matter to them much. They will lie to you and when you catch them in a lie they will twist their words to make it seem like they didn't lie and they get rude when you don't buy what they're selling. Good luck in finding an honest liar... I mean lawyer.
