Jamison was an attorney of mine a year ago and still to this day I remember what he has done for me. To say the least he worked the hardest he possibly could and stayed in constant communication with me through out the entire process! if you are looking for someone to stay 100 percent honest with you all of the time. he is the attorney your looking for.

Feel like it's over rated and over charged for bear minum services

Mr. Offineer helped me a great deal . He was very attentive to detail when I explained my situation. Most importantly, he was easy to reach and to communicate with . His professionalism, and tenacity, was a great deal of reassurance. Massillon prosecutors wanted to give me 30 days of house arrest . Mr. Offineer was able to negotiate things down to 20hrs of community service . ! If there's one thing I can a test to from his services, is he willing fight for you .

I was referred by a friend to call regarding something I urgently needed some advice about(my friend hadn't really met or worked with the guy yet-there was a timing issue) The intake person called me back the next day and told me she would call me back with a price and a time. (Not sure how she knew this without knowing what I needed) anyhow, she never called back. I left messages voicing the urgency of my situation and she didn't even take a moment out of her day to let me know they weren't taking on new cases or weren't interested in looking in to my situation? 🤷 who knows, but I'm glad she didn't. The attorney who helped me was remarkable! My friend who referred me ended up having a not so pleasant experience with his representation. (The attorney never answered his phone or returned calls regarding the status of his son's case or regarding anything for that matter🙍) If you're reading this, I'm assuming like me, you've got something you never imagined happening in your life right now- IF you decide to call this guy, I truly hope his "intake person" calls you back. Attorney Offineer was very professional and did a good job letting me know everything I needed to do in order to get much more favorable results from a DUI case I was facing In Massillon. Considering the court we were in the penalties were reduced quite a bit from what the prosecutor was originally wanting to give me. If you are looking for a good DUI attorney Jamison should be your first call.
