My girlfriend and I were charged with domestic violence because she called 911 and hung up and we were arguing when the police arrived. Also charged us with obstruction because we did not answer the door when the police showed up. I was on probation for the first time so I was charged with violation of probation. This was in harrison county where the DA is a joke. Jacob I hired because he sounded good on the phone. It turned out he just went with everything the DA would recommend and I ended up doing 35 days in jail over the violation of probation. Since there was no evidence of domestic violence that was dropped but he agreed to a year on probation for the obstruction. What made me mad enough to post on here was the day of my hearing he was late and never gave me a cell number. I called his office and they got smart with me and said they won't release his cell. I paid thousands of dollars and I can't get his cell, really? He got to the courthouse 15 mins late and informed me he called the court and let them know. I replied that it was me and not the courts paying him. His reply was " you don't matter, they do. " Do yourself a favor, don't hire this guy, you'd be better off representing yourself!!!

Got me a jury trial for a bogus OVI charge and he won for me. He's quick to respond and if compared with stats of other lawyers in our area, the numbers speak fir themselves! Hes now my attorney FOR LIFE!
