I’m not going to get deep into my situation but it wasn’t good, James Haupt is truly the most caring attorney I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be getting the help I desperately need. He told me in our first consultation what he could do to help me and he did exactly that, very straight forward. I was a nervous wreck and he was there to put me at ease from start to finish, he even went as far as sitting with me in the back of the courtroom. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent attorney!!

I had an appointment 3 weeks ago and never heard back, when I tried to call 2 times never heard a response, don't waste your time. Extremely disappointing.

I forgot about my court date for a review hearing. I would of ended up with a a warrant but my attorney James haupt showed up and took care of the matter for me free of charge.would recommend him to anyone. Fair honest and reasonable person.thanks a million.

Mr. Haupt is by far the best attorney in this area. Over the years I’ve dealt with numerous attorneys for a variety of situations and I’ve never come across one that genuinely cared about the clients outcome the way Mr. Haupt does. The most recent situation was very short notice and he met with us immediately to discuss the potential plan. He is kind, professional, and down to earth. Our phone calls and texts were answered promptly and he never seemed to be bothered by them. If the need should ever arise again, I wouldn’t even consider using someone else.

James Haupt is the epitome of unprofessionalism. We hired him to represent my brother in a DUI case and he lied constantly. He never answered his phone and when he got back to us, he was always beyond rude. He even failed to show up to my brother's court dates when he needed to. Do not waste your time and money.

James was by far the best attorney, even though this was my first time ever being in trouble it was for an ovi low level, but still serious!! James fought for me and got it reduced which was a super blessing not only for me but for my family as well I will forever be grateful to you James for going above and beyond to get the best outcome for my case... I already recommended james to a lady while I was at court!! Thank you again

Attorney Haupt talks a big case when you first meet him... don’t buy it! All the rules he stated to me about an OVI that would cause my case to be thrown out or at the very least reduced he didn’t even file with the court. I had to constantly ask for driving privileges, ask about things posted on my case online he seemed to know nothing about. He flat out lied that he filed for suppressing evidence and filed for a witness narrative when he didn’t. He made a lot of promises of phone calls, meetings, filings and then I go to court and get state mandatory minimum anyway. If it’s your first offense you’d represent yourself better. Maybe in a few years when he gets some more experience and builds better relationships at the courthouse he’ll serve the community better. I really feel he dropped the ball and sometimes didn’t even remember about my case. Very dissatisfied. He offered me a refund but then ran out of the courthouse before I could actually collect it from him lmao. Surprise surprise !

Excellent attorney. Went above and beyond to help myself and a few others I’ve referred to him over the last couple years. It can be tough getting ahold of him on the phone sometimes but he would always got back to me in a timely manner and let me know what was going on with my case. Will continue to recommend!
