I highly recommend this Law office!! James Haupt, Jr used his brilliant expertise in law and got me the treatment I truly needed rather than having to serve prison time. I made a lot of mistakes and bad decisions recently in my life, but I promise you the one good decision I made was using James as my lawyer. He listened to my side of the story with no judgement whatsoever and treated me with nothing but respect. When I was an absolute nervous wreck, he kept me calm ànd gave me hope. I was able to get the treatment I need and not have any charges on my record. James was honest with me from day one and used all of his experience and knowledge to make sure as his client i received the best possible outcome for the situation i put myself in. He got me a second chance when I didn't think I had a chance at all. I don't generally write reviews for anything or anyone, but if you desperately need a professional, highly competent attorney, Jim Haupt should be the first legal representative you call. Not only is Jim very good at what he does, he's empathetic and compassionate. You won't ever feel as though you've been put on the "back burner". He's attentive and will take the time to explain your case in a manner that won't leave you wondering or confused. Jim is as genuine as you'll find in the legal profession. He's not only a very skilled lawyer, he's also a wonderful human being. He is absolutely the sort of legal counsel you want representing you...especially if you have what might seem to be a complicated case. In a world full of "ambulance chasers" and "personal injury mouthpiece" lawyers, you'll find that Jim Haupt is far and away one of the best in his profession.

Jim has been a blessing to me, he came thru on everything he said he would. If you’re ever in a position where you need an attorney he is the best option you could hope for. Not only did he get me out of jail time he made it to where I could get my records expunged down the road which helps me in the future. There was video presented against me and he still look past how it look and believed the events I explained to him which the video did not show, he didn’t just roll over and except what ever they offered. In my heart I believe he truly cares about my well being and is a very honorable man. Probation is wat I received and I was already on felony probation which he also spoke on my behalf even tho I didn’t retain him for that case,this could have be tremendously worse for me. Jimmy is handling another case for me right now, but I would like to publicly thank him for all the hard work he put in on my misdemeanor case. He cares about his clients and is available. He has put in work around the clock for me in my case. My only grief is that I wish I could pay him more and that I don't think I give him enough credit. He is a gentleman and an overall great guy. Update: my felony case was resolved with the best possible outcome. I got into honors court, and I am staying at a VA domiciliary instead of jail or SRCCC. I will be hiring him for my divorce as well. He is just an upstanding gentleman. He has a lot of connections in the court, and I felt like he truly cared for me as a person. I feel like I not only hired a great attorney, I made a friend. I would have trusted him going to trial, but I didn't have the money for trial and it's a big gamble to go to trial. I'm happy to get the help I need and to begin working on moving on with the next chapter in my life.
