Mr. Offineer is a forthright and professional lawyer to help aid in legal proceedings. He was recommended to me via a friend, and helped me understand every step in the process of being represented/advised regarding a previous OVI charge. I was awarded the best possible outcome at a fair rate, and I truly feel that Jamison had my best interests at heart when it came to negotiating plea deals.
