I am writing this review based upon the wonderful interaction I had with Slater & Zurz. Although I never retained Mr. Jeff Hawkins for my divorce proceedings, he explained to me the process - distinguishing between a dissolution and divorce so that I could make up my mind which way to proceed. His fees were reasonable and the only reason I didn't hire him was due to a family friend attorney willing to assist me pro-bono; in fact, a colleague of Mr. Hawkins that he highly recommended. It made me realize that throughout this painful and disruptive time in my family's life, there are still lawyers and law firms in Ohio where the average person can count on getting straight forward advice - free. I will use Mr. Hawkins' firm, Slater and Zurz, in the future at some point and I highly recommend them as a decent, honest and family friendly firm in my county of Huron, Ohio. Kim S.

We used this firm for a step parent adoption and they were so easy to work with. The staff was always so willing to take time to thoroughly answer mine and my husbands questions about the proceedings and the adoption was seamless.
