I came to Attorney DePasquale with a difficult case involving a piece of real estate that needed to be declared unliveable. He had to do exhaustive research and negotiations with Chase Bank and their attorneys. In addition, he had to deal with the ODNR (Ohio Department of National Resources) because there were three coal mines under my house. He handled my situation with professionalism and efficiency.
