Either he wasn't very confident in himself or he Knew from the getgo that he was going to throw me under the bus but he wanted to repeatedly make it clear that whatever happened, he wanted to be sure that I knew that once we started, I wasn't going to be getting any money back. Then if you haven't guessed by now, he did the complete opposite of what I asked and threw me under the bus and then proceeded to call me a liar afterwards and insist that's what I asked him to do.

I have not retained the services of Slater & Zurz LLP, however, I did call to schedule a free consultation. I left a message and waited for them to call. I was experiencing a traumatic situation and needed legal advice. I received a voicemail from Margarie and returned her phone call. When I told her my name the first words out of her mouth where " (Justine you need to really check your messages. We've called you twice trying to contact you." Well that's why I was calling them back! The tone in her voice and choice of words to say that to me was disheartening. Those are the first words she chose to say out of her mouth greeting a potential new client??? Just wow. I informed her over the phone that her demeanor and way of speaking to me has driven me to seek another Lawyer. I will not be retaining thier services as Margarie came off as rude and she just gave me a bad first impression. To me a lawyer's as good as thier staff/team is. If they're like Margarie then I'll go somewhere else.

Mr. McKinney was super understanding, professional, available, accommodating and very helpful to me in a tough situation dealing with the Stark County Family Court system. He helped me navigate the bureaucracy and ineptitude of the county court system and was able to get my case to the finish line with a favorable outcome.

Always answers my calls and has given me very good legal advice. Highly recommended.

Margie is courteous, very helpful and it continues to be my pleasure working with her.

Professional and very friendly

Very professional. Rob stayed on top of my claim and was always quick to reply to my questions. I would definetly recommend.

Filed in the wrong court room twice even after I provided them the right case number. Took a year to even get into court. Lied about what was filed. Suppose to present a shared parenting plan and never did. Have the messages to prove it and the court papers to prove they didn't provide it. Then gave me a bill. I paid 1800 up front. Then was told I owed 750. I paid it. Then 1500. Paod it. Then weeks after court another 850 on top of that. I asked for what. He replied with he got my bill mixed up and I still owe another 850 which I didn't. I refused so he removed himself from the case. I paid over 3000 dollars to wait a year for a 3 hour court hearing. Only to find out my attorney never even provided a shared parenting plan in the first place. Terrible experience.
