Matt is a consummate professional. Very thorough and attentive. He made sure I was always in the loop and gave recommendations and advise, but always left the business decision making up to me. I can't say enough about his work ethic. I have bounced around to other attorneys in the past, but I will be sticking with Matt for every corporate need I have moving forward.
