From start to finish, everyone we met with on multiple appointments, took the time needed to explain everything and answer our many questions. They all made our difficult but necessary decisions much easier, with their ability to help us understand information. Always extremely friendly, as well as professional, the process was a good one. I was helped by a few different people from Cooper & Adel. They were there when I really needed them to sort through problems I was having with a bank I was dealing with.
