Someone else said: "He talks a good talk". Almost convinced me too... The threat about my wife having to shop in the cat food aisle if I didn't let him prepare the papers was an insult. I later spoke with a high school friend that told me that she thought that it was a good thing I didn't do it. She used to work in the office. Enough said. I despise the thought of people preying on the fears of others. It seems like old people are too trusting, and no one today is looking out for them or for their interests.

My brother needed help sorting out the crushing blow of his wife's Alzheimers condition. He was too emotionally strained to take the steps to prevent likely/potential financial destruction. Paul and I have had the opportunity to work with Thom and his staff on both ends. Paul's mother had Thom set up her family trust in 2001.
