I met Mr. David Mesaros when I went through a difficult divorce after 30+ years and with so much involved in the division. My first meeting with him I found he was easy to talk to. He had a genuine interest in what I had to say. I finally felt I was heard and understood. Oh yes, then there is his patience! With his many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, he was in tune to what was needed. Mr. Mesaros is top-notch. He is an example of excellence when it comes to attorneys. I feel he deserves the highest respect because it is well deserved. I would tell anyone to reach out to Attorney David Mesaros. No doubt they would be in the best of hands.

Going to see your attorney isn’t usually a “good” experience. You’re almost always there because you’re either a plaintiff or a defendant in some sort of unpleasant action. David & the entire staff at Mesaros Law Offices are the exception. Everyone in the office is friendly and warm, and the attorneys are excellent at keeping you informed and educated about whatever process you’re in and what to expect. The fee structure is straight forward and detailed bills make it easy to see how your money is being used. I’ve already recommended Mesaros Law Office to family and friends, and while I *hope* I never need them again, when I do need an attorney, I know Mesaros will be the attorneys I want.

I recently went through a matter in which I needed an attorney to help insure I get the rights to my children. Adam helped me so much through the process by keeping in touch with me whenever I needed someone to talk about it and he always kept me updated and was on top of everything. Adam is not like what I thought attorneys are. He gave me every piece of information plus more whenever I asked him. Dave Mesaros and his staff are excellent! We have had a long journey together over the past 10 years.Dave and his son Adam were there through it all. In my experience he is unethical and very rude. Called to discuss papers that my daughters father filed with him over a month ago. All I needed was for him to fax over the paper to the school district so that she can be enrolled so that she can start school. She will now be marked as truant because of the lack there of him and not being able to perform his job. Not only did he hang up on me he yelled and said his whole office has Covid. In my opinion he should have other resources or options since there are always the chance that could happen. The fact that he is not making a child and her attendance at school not important shows that he is only interested in the payment. I mean if he is an attorney he should be able to use a fax or email a letter to the school so that my daughter can go to school. Quick to take the money not at all interested in doing what is right for a child. The fact that he acted like I was asking for something that was difficult is amazing. All I need is one paper showing the changes are being made. Sad has to share my experience people act one way when you are lining their pockets!

He truly knows the meaning of family and the importance of making better decisions which affect children the rest of their lives. He is an attentive listener and diplomatic document designer.
