David Mesaros handled the dissolution of my marriage to another attorney in this area four years ago. I was concerned at the time that I would encounter someone who either had a grudge against my now ex-husband, or was a friend of his that would possibly be inclined to be favorable towards my ex. He quickly reassured me through his words and more importantly through his actions that he was going to be fair and equitable in his dealings, which is exactly what I wanted. He was very responsive to my concerns and questions, and explained to me what I was entitled to during the negotiations. He handled all the communications with my ex so that I did not have to deal with all the minute details during an emotional time in my life, and still kept me informed as to what was being communicated. He provided me his expert legal advise, but made sure I knew that I was the one to make the final decisions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney who will listen to your questions and concerns, explain the law and what you are entitled to in clear concise layman's terms, and provide expert advise as to how to handle legal decisions. I would not hesitate to call him if I were ever in need of his services again.

This is my true and honest review for Mesaros Law Office. Adam Mesaros is by far the most compassionate, well spoken, honest and straight forward attorney in the Dayton area. Nobody wants to have to enlist the services of a divorce attorney, especially when custody of your children is involved but when you need someone you can trust, Adam is who I would recommend you call. I interviewed maybe a dozen lawyers in the Dayton area when my spouse filed for divorce. This is why I went with Adam: Adam’s consult was realistic, he didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me what I needed to hear. He is a confident person, who has relationships with many other divorce attorneys in the area, which helps when negotiating a settlement. He is well respected with the magistrates and judges in multiple counties and has served as a guardian ad litem for the courts and is well versed in the process of child custody. He can guide you from start to finish of your case and he has very reasonable rates. Whenever I had a question, Adam was always very responsive and got back to me right away. David Mesaros also helped on my case and he is very personable and knowledgeable. I would also recommend using him as an attorney if you need one. The great part of Mesaros Law office is they are both under the same roof. I would write a lot more but I think you get my point, please at least go consult with Adam and see for yourself. He is wonderful and will do his best to make sure the next chapter of your life starts with the best possible conclusion for you.
