Hired her w/ a $250 retainer to mitigate some medical debts. What waste of 250.00! She did nothing! I had as much success tracking her down to do her job as she had resolving my debt situation: very little. Don't bother.

Hired her when she was still in Delaware for a bankruptcy..did not know she moved but had been keeping in contact through email.. Long story short.. I know longer needed her services nor was there anything done on this case.. I wanted a refund.. Started asking back in November..she has avoided a lot of my attempts to get a hold of her..It is now mid January and still have not received my refund back.. Beware as I found out she had a complaint against her for using funds that were not allocated for that specific case. Pretty sure that's what happened to my money as I'm still waiting for a refund that should have been put a side for my case.. Not someone else's..would like my money back.. A little over 1000..and I'm still waiting.

At first, I highly recommend Robert as my attorney. He was able to get spousal support and temporary child support pretty quickly. Then reality set in and he didn't follow thru. He kept needing more money and never seen any changes in my case. Then 32 day before trial he needed more....you guessed it money. Trial only lasted 3 hours and he needed triple his fees in order to continue. According to the other attorney numerous proposals when sent and I was told of 2. He wanted me to respond in a timely manner but he never did. So if you want all your money blown and no results then this is the attorney for you. Oh and I did great representing myself :)

Lori has that down to earth, straight forward quality about her. I highly recommend her professional, knowledgable services.

I found Linda through a letter I received in the mail. I was put in a position to file bankruptcy and was super embarrassed. I had met with another attorney a year earlier and was very uncomfortable with the gentleman. I explained this to Linda and she really put my mind at ease. Linda explained the process and helped me put together the documents I needed. She follows up with me and reminds me of deadlines, etc. She is prompt to return calls and emails. She did not make me feel embarrassed to be in my situation.

Linda Kendrick was appointed to me for my case. She built a personal relationship with me in order to understand the deep-rooted issues within my case. Linda is understanding and empathetic. She is a strong negotiator and a good speaker. During my trial, she prepared me with practice questions when I was questioned on the stand under oath. Although the outcome if my case was not ideal, Linda Kendrick was the perfect lawyer for me.

After two attempts of filing for bankruptcy due to the fact my previous lawyer could not get it right Linda was a God send. Saved me from having to leave after 13 years of being in the home.
