Lindsay handled the pretrial proceedings and kept us informed of what and why the proceedings were taking longer then expected. Brad took over during the bench trial and not only got my case dismissed but also some 7 year old traffic cases I had forgot about dismissed. I highly recommend them with your legal matters.

I wouold give Moermond & Mulligan 10 stars if I could. I just recently hired Mr. Brad Moermond to represent me for 2 seperate charges in Warren Co. Ohio lebanon Ohio (I was also out on a $2,000 bond) With the advice from Mr. Moermond, he got my “pending charges” DISMISSED meaning I WAS NOT CHARGED WITH EITHER “pending charge” !
