This man is a horrible dishonest lawyer, I gave him $5000 for an appeal, he wrote an inadequate appeal, never showed up for the appeal date. I got no refund no apology. My case was a simple winnable case, had he used a previous law decided by the supreme court it was an open shut case. He knew nothing about it and not in his appeal. He’s a lawyer with a troubled past and suspension from law and served prison time for it. It appears he was a staving lawyer other problem because he called in off hour with lies to get me to pay him more money. I noticed when he showed up helping Tracie Hunter in Cincinnati he completely stopped on my case. If you want the proof and facts contact me. Forced to put one star instead of -$5000

..james allowed my case to be settled by company rather than working to get full compensation for me .he allowed company to have pleasure of telling me directly of how much I would get..Did not inform me of filing for disability through SSI instead advise me to sign settlement for lesser amount..Also paid his wife some of the settlement money which was not warranted for her. He (James)left me with serious life changing injuries with little or no compensation for these injuries from the company that caused these injuries.. Had no idea he was as friendly with company's workers comp staff as he was even though I asked specifically if he had any problems going against company for me. At that time his answer was NO.

My father recomended I use Mr. Martini for my workers comp. claim due to him having very good results with him. When I settled my claim in June 2009 he told me that the Insurance company has 30 days to give me my settlement. When I called him today August 5, 2009, his story has now changed to the company doesn't have a time limit to cut my check. This is just not right it has been 2 months.
