Nova is absolutely absolutely absolutely amazing. Put my mind at ease and set me to a place where I can afford and take it. A confidence that I did not have before and I appreciate her more than anything.

I hired Mr. Berry to represent me in my divorce which I knew would be a high conflict divorce. I cannot elaborate enough how grateful I am for Mr. Berry and his services that he provided to my son and me. He not only had to fight for me, but he had to fight for my son as well. He won every time we had to go to court which was many providing my ex has a borderline personality. Thanks to Brad, my son now has his college funds back which my ex tried to steal. i would recommend Mr. Berry to anyone of my friends and colleagues to represent them professionally for their family law needs. If you are dealing with a spouse that has a borderline personality, you need a GOOD lawyer, and I would highly recommend Mr. Berry. Mr. Berry could specialize in divorces with high conflict individuals after dealing with my divorce. I do not think I can express enough the gratitude I have for Mr. Berry. He will always hold special place in my heart for all that he has done for my family.

I cannot recommend Brad enough if you are going through a child custody battle. Last fall, I was relentlessly searching for a strong attorney and got several recommendations for Brad, stating he was a “bulldog in the courtroom”. I truly felt I needed this for my situation. I reached out and Brad was very responsive and quickly setup a consult with me. He listened to me and worked tirelessly to get me everything I asked for throughout the entire process. Unfortunately for me, my case went to trial, but I felt confident that Brad could help me get sole custody. He worked with me as we sorted through all of the evidence I had and he made sure to pick the most clear, concise, and strong evidence that would best support my case at trial. He prepped me beforehand as this was my first time dealing with something like this. I felt very safe and confident going into court and Brad presented a very strong case for me. I most definitely would not want to be the opposing side in this circumstance. Brad included me in creating a very fair parenting plan for both sides, but was extremely mindful in including everything I asked for. As a result, I got everything that I asked for from the start and I couldn’t be more thankful for Brad!

This wasn't an easy process, However Tonya made it as easy as it could be. Very responsive on returning emails or calls with concerns or questions sometimes even on weekends. I would recommend her services to anyone who needs them.

This is the first time hiring a lawyer. I did a lot of research and set up a meeting with Tonya. I felt extremely comfortable and confident after I talked with her, so I hired her. I could not be any happier. She was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and she guided me to the fullest the entire way.
