I am so thankful that I landed in good hands with Mecibov Butler Law Firm. I really appreciate their help in resolving my case with my previous employer. Mezibov Butler is a great group of individuals willing to fight for what is just and fair. I met with Brian Butler to discuss whether I had a case and after showing him some of the correspondence with my previous employers, and he told me he thought I had a strong case. After a long fight, Brian was able to get me a settlement that covers a good portion of my lost wages, lets me pay off my debt accrued from being out of work, afford new job training, and replace the savings I had depleted while keeping myself afloat while I was unemployed. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, and we stayed out of the courtroom. Brian is sharp as a tack and his attention to detail is what truly won the settlement. I'd suggest these fine people to anyone who is struggling with legal issues involving your employment.

The legal team at Mezibov Butler was very helpful in assessing if there was a discrimination claim against a former employer before I signed a severance agreement. The met with me for the initial assessment free of charge. The team asked good questions and were able to come to a quick determination if there was a case or not to be brought. I'd recommend Mezibov Butler to review your case before making a final determination on a discrimination case.

I put in a request to speak with an attorney and never heard anything back. A second request was submitted and still... no response. I was contacted by someone MINUTES after this review was posted. I hung up as I felt this was very shady and do not choose to do business with people who are unprofessional. Please do your research, there are plenty of professional law firms in the area. I really love how when ever I called I talked to my lawyer no problem He had an open door policy if I didn't need the money really bad I could've gotten more but that's ok that firm treated my family like their own family. Definitely will send someone his way

Brian Butler was very personable and professional in handling my case and I had complete confidence in his judgments. I was most impressed with Brian's perseverance that he displayed in trying to resolve a payment owed me by the SSA. For months after the final settlement Brian continued to make repeated calls to the SSA on my behalf. I thought the situation was hopeless due to the bureaucratic morass that the SSA can be but Brian eventually emailed me that most satisfying phrase "the check is in the mail."
