I sure wish I could use Cathy and Peggy for my mother-in-law's dissolution/divorce! They do not work in the county where she resides, but Peggy was unbelievably helpful even though she knew I could not use them. She helped explain the difference between a dissolution and divorce, guided me on the important things to ask when trying to hire an attorney, sent me several referrals in the county, answered my many questions, and was a true pleasure! I would absolutely hire them if I could!!

Cathy was a superb counsel to have. She took a case that had languished for almost 2 years in different stages of collaboration and mediation, and had the case resolved in less than half of that time. Cathy was calm, wise, funny, reassuring and confident. Cathy was able to achieve all of the big picture goals of the case for me and my children. Cathy's billing was very modest and beyond fair. Cathy is very smart and sharp. She is very effective and takes ownership of the case. I did not have to repeat the same thing to her twice, did not have to worry about the progress of the case and the way she broke down the workload in her office, I was billed reasonably. The most critical trait for me was how fast and effective she responds and reacts to things that are going on in the court room. She picks up very quickly on the impression witnesses are leaving and effectively comes up with a counter plan to execute to better establish credibility. In civil cases that are mostly based on testimony, I have found Cathy to be very effective and strongly recommend her for anyone in my position.
