They seem to not know the law. And they are not able to help me for the most part either ... Now me and my kids are homeless from taking false advice which was to leave the home after the landlord increased the rent in the middle of a year lease which is illegal. Call a real lawyer! Or the city hall or city of Cincinnati! Legal aid is not helpful to the communities of Hamilton county! And good luck!

amazing help, exceptional services, great for help with school board IEP and special services that every parent should be aware of. they will help you find out your rights and how to get the most for your child. their lawyers were a godsend for me.

Perhaps it was my timing, but I have not had a good experience so far. I called twice. Different days of the week and at different times. The first time I called, the department I was interested in was no longer accepting calls for the day. The other time the same department was in a 3 hr meeting that day. I haven't called back. It was discouraging. The individual that answered the phone did not try to assist me in any way. The individual did not offer to leave a message, take my name or anything. Very impersonal customer service.
