The rare and unique skill of Richard is his way of building a confidence in the applicant by exploring all potential attibutes of applicant so as to build the case strong. He is fun to work with, and very thorough with his preparation and presentation of the case. When I read my final application writeup, I had a full confidence that this is going to be accepted and approved. I loved the journey of my application process with Richard, not only for the successful application but also for the way he lets us rebuild our confidence on our candidature.
