Neil is an exemplary attorney, he will stand for you and by you during and even after your case. I can authoritatively say that "if there is any case Neil can not win, I bet NO attorney can win such a case". My complicated case was miraculously approved. Long story short, Neil and the Fleischer law firm are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and we highly recommend them! Read on if you're interested in a more comprehensive review. Neil and the Fleischer law firm are awesome! I’ve never hired a lawyer before and had no idea where to start so I started Googling for immigration lawyers in Cincinnati and researching law firms. I learned that it is recommended you meet with several lawyers to determine if they are a good fit for your situation and so I made a list of law firms to call. Most will charge you upwards of $200 for that initial meeting. Fleischer law firm was at the top of my list anyway based on the Google reviews, and it was an added bonus that their site did not mention any fee for the first meeting (yay!). Honestly, we were a little worried that it seemed too good to be true but we decided to set up a Zoom meeting to find out. Neil was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions, never tried to push us into signing a contract and was very down to earth. I am someone who likes to do thorough research about EVERYTHING before making decisions but after our call with him, we just knew this was our guy and we didn’t even bother calling anyone else. After we uploaded all of our information on their software, their office took care of the rest and sent us back all the forms to proofread. I’ve had to make several changes to it (because I made errors when inputting the information) and they were very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. After we finalized it, they mailed it out for us and always kept us in the loop of the process by sending us scanned copies of the letters they received from USCIS regarding our case. When they say they provide “direct access to your attorney” and “constant client communication”, they truly mean it. Neil always promptly responded to our emails and addressed all of our concerns. We felt we were in great hands throughout the entire process and we are so glad we chose Fleischer Law Firm to help us with our green card process because they made a complicated, stressful process very easy. Could you do the whole filing process yourself? Maybe. But the filling isn’t cheap and if you make any errors, you’d have to redo the process and pay the fees all over again and not to mention waste a bunch of time and energy. It is SO worth it to get the help of an immigration lawyer so you can have peace of mind and the Fleischer law firm is the best.
