My family has been working with Jon for years and he has always been terrific. He was able to help us work some issues out after my Mom had passed in 2014. Recently I called Jon to see if he could help me get some information that involved the work that he did for us a few years back. He remembered who I was right away and he remembered what he had helped us with over 9 years ago. He was able to find exactly what I needed and sent it over to me on the same day.
