I got a dui in may .The next day I knew I needed an attorney,but had no idea who to use. As fate would have it as I was driving down the road listening to the radio an advertisement came on for Suhre and associates.The next day I called and the rest is history.Joe was very informative. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. Most important to me he gave me his cell number and answered when I called.Even his office staff was pleasant.If the need for legal help ever arises again(hopefully not) Joe will be the first I call. 6 months ago I contacted Suhre and Associates after making one of the biggest mistakes of my life- Receiving a DUI. At the time I had been with my Company for a year and looking to make it MY Career where customer involvement and driving was a necessity. I was facing pretty harsh fines, suspensions, etc. When speaking with several lawyers in my search for representation, many made me feel as though there was no hope; no light at the end of the tunnel. Joe did the complete opposite. His approach was informative and reassuring. He was always available when I had any questions or concerns and replied back in record time. Since I did run into an issue during the weekend and I needed an attorney by Monday morning, I decided to call the 24h hotline that I found online. After explaining my issue I had Joe Suhre calling me back within 10 min. He was informative and helpfull from the 1st second. Joe Suhre was amazing. He was very knowledgable, forthright, and very understanding during my case. After receiving a high tier OVI, I was very scared of the consequences I was facing. The time to make a such a stupid decision was horrible. I was getting married in a week, I am a full time student, and work full time as well. Joe helped me become proactive in my own case, letting me know how the court process worked for my particular offense, and I how I could stay one step ahead of the game. In the end my OVI was dropped down to a reckless operation, I received driving priviledges immediately, and am attending one year reporting probation. Much better than a suspended license, six months in jail, and an alcohol related charge on my record. Those consequences would have ruined my life and everything I have been working so hard for to achieve. I am so glad I called Suhre and Associates. A lesson was learned for me, but I am so thankful I had the support and knowledge of Joe. Also, his time was available to me whenever I had any questions. Thanks Joe!
