In December of 2015, I created for myself a seemingly intractable problem. This problem, again, self-inflicted had the potential to alter my life in some very negative ways. In the immediate aftermath of being cited for OVI, and before consulting anyone, I felt that there was no hope of a positive outcome, and therefore to expedite the situation and to avoid undue expense, I planned to simply give up. Upon speaking to a friend (also an attorney), he recommended that at the very least I have a free consultation with Joe Suhre; a person my friend referred to as "the best DUI attorney out there". Joe took my call and offered a frank and honest assessment of my situation and the various possible outcomes. At this point, I made a decision to retain Joe as my legal council. Throughout the process, from beginning to end, Joe was the consummate professional. Joe always took my calls and was a steadying, calming force during a very turbulent time. Joe never promised anything but always laid out the possibilities in a way that kept me fully aware of what was happening and what was coming. Joe proved a brilliant strategist during the 16 month, yes, I said 16 month odyssey that we had embarked upon. Joe developed a game plan to a seemingly unwinnable game, implemented that game plan, and won that game in spectacular fashion. The end result was full exoneration, with a "Not Guilty" verdict from the judge. The outcome was inconceivable to me 16 months prior and due entirely to the efforts of Joe Suhre. Joe is awesome​, in every industry there are people who care and people who don't.
