Communication was extremely poor. I requested to be updated on progress of my case on a regular basis during the first meeting with my attorney, because I had read reviews that communication could be an issue with KNR. Months would go by without any communication at all, until I reached out, then it felt like they would do some work on my case. They had several reasons for the lack of correspondence, including issues with their text messaging system that took months to correct (not buying that). They also switched my attorney midway through my case and didn’t tell me, the new attorney just reached out by text indicating he was now the one working on my case. When I finally informed them that I was looking at switching firms to represent me, I finally got movement on my case, they started communicating regularly, and we were starting to talk about a final settlement (8 months after my last medical treatment). The settlement, when it finally came, was acceptable and met my expectations.

Very good service... and the doctor they referred me too was great.
