Most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with! Nobody returns calls. Missed appointments and meetings that are supposed to be had with clients. Nova Levante specifically, did absolutely nothing to help my case whatsoever. I asked Novo to make an offer to opposing counsel six times over the course of three months and to this day opposing counsel has still never heard the offer! On February 21, I was supposed to receive a phone call at 3:30 Yet, Amanda Wyllie failed to send the meeting invite to the lawyer, so I wasted half hour of my time, waiting on a phone call that never came. Unfortunately, I can’t charge them $300 for that waste of time like they would’ve done me. This office seems to not comprehend that they work for the client. Many thousands of dollars later, and I am in no better shape than before I hired this lawyer. Not one single thing that I paid this lawyer to do or address actually got done. They will tell you everything you want to hear and do absolutely nothing to help you. Do yourself a favor and represent yourself if you’re thinking about using Shur law. They’ll for sure take your money but that’s about it.

I worked with Attorney Marisa Dayson and I couldn’t have hired any better lawyer. She was so passionate about my case and made sure I got what I deserved and my kids to also get their lovely father around them. She was super smart and excellent on the trial date. I would also thank Chelsea, her aid/paralegal who was also very professional and helpful in ensuring active communication throughout the process. I will choose Shur Law any day!

Nova and Amanda made my very difficult divorce seem so easy, Nova was very easy to talk to and help me understand what was happening in my case. We walked into court with the OC thinking he had an open shut case and Nova blew him out of the water! Thanks for everything!!!!!!

I had them handle my mother's estate and it couldn't have been a more frustrating and expensive ordeal. They have no compassion considering what the family is going through. I lost thousands because of poor advice given by them. All they did was file papers. I got more help from Google than they gave me. There fees are outrageous for what little service you get. Save your sanity and money and find anybody else to handle your estate or do it yourself.

One of the paralegals was rude but the lawyers was very nice and on point. Also, the new paralegal Ashley Williams was very nice and knowledgeable about my case. It took me 4 months to receive my money from an car accident.

She fought hard for not only me but what was best for my children. These situations come with a lot of stress and uncertainty, but with Lauren it always felt like I was talking with a friend. Nothing against this firm, it's just that u have to lose ur foot before someone will help u. I lost half a toe, malpractice and no one will help. Be blessed.
