They were very concerned. My daughters and I were hurt in our truck when a guy pulling a trailer came undone from his truck and hit us. The hospitals were calling us and harassing us about payment. Our lawyer called them and took care of that. He said we don’t need to go thru that. Our lawyer made sure all bills were paid. He was very good to us.

After another well-known attorney started to operate on my case, I was taken aback because this firm automatically stopped my medical care by not wanting to allow my doctor to be billed. I, along with my daughter who was also in the MVA with me, rescinded representation from that firm and called Isaacs and Isaacs. That was the best decision that I made. Initially, Caroline Clay was the person that I would correspond to. She called at least once a week and more if she had questions.She displayed so much professionalism. If I had questions, she had answers. When she became an attorney, I was assigned to Shane Benson. He was perfect. He did the same as Caroline. We talked through all the questions that needed answers and he told me that he would always answer. He did just that. When it came to the negotiating of my settlement, Shane asked me what I thought was a good amount and to my surprise he told me that he honestly thought my numbers was spot on for the injuries I received.I was so pleased with Isaacs and Isaacs, Now, should something would happen to me and/or my family, Isaacs and Isaacs will be the first number I'd call.
