Very knowledgeable company!

During a meeting with two of the partners, I was encouraged to get a trademark for my business name. The charge was $750. After approving the work, they began the process. A couple months later I received an email saying that the Federal Trademark application had been declined. I was very surprised that the firm continued to bill me for the full amount despite their recommendation being fruitless.
