I called and he politely talked to me over the phone for no fee, clarified frustrating insurance tactics and set me off in a different direction to appropriately handle our accident, since I am out of his jurisdiction for this case. I'll be sure to remember his name in case I need a lawyer and I'm in the area.

It is without a doubt I would highly recommend Barry as a lawyer. He is up front from the start. He told me every scenario from the first meeting. He drove all the way out to Dayton to meet with me less than a week after being in a terrible traffic accident. He takes the time to listen to any and all questions that you have. Never once did I feel rushed. If I had a question about anything he ALWAYS stopped and took the time to explain it to me. My case went down exactly as he had explained from the start. If I had to leave a message he always returned it by the end of the day. He's very knowledgeable about a ton of stuff besides law. He is very much a professional and easy to talk to. He never spoke over me or to me, always with me. He's is fantastic! Never once did I feel like I had to chase him down for anything! He was always on top of everything! He even adjusted his fee so I would end up with more $. He got my case settled in 9 months!! Guy is amazing! If you want to waste your time and money on some high priced snooty lawyer that will serve you complimentary San pelligro and charge you ridiculous amounts of $ to sit in some posh office then he isn't for you. But, if you want an honest, very intelligent, hard working professional who actually"gets it" and understands what you are going through, then call Barry Rothchild. You can't get any better representation than this gentleman. If I ever should need a lawyer in the future I know that he is exactly who I would call.
