I was hit from behind by a lady who fell asleep behind the wheel a few months ago. My attorney Doug Dalton handled my case aggressively. Her insurance company tried to give me a low ball offer that wouldn't even pay my medical expenses. But Mr Dalton wouldn't allow the insurance company to play games. Mr. Suhre himself was able to handle my case. I was facing a max time of 10 years in Federal Prison. After many months were were offered a plea deal to drop 5 of the 6 charges I was indicted with. After going to court for many months and accepting the plea I did not get any jail time. I am able to continue to live a mostly normal life with minimal restrictions. I cannot thank this man and his law firm enough!
