Helpful and understood my concerns

I got t boned in january and isaacs and isaacs was there when i called and answered any questions i needed and they kept me updated i couldent imagine better customer service

After another well-known attorney started to operate on my case, I was taken aback because this firm automatically stopped my medical care by not wanting to allow my doctor to be billed. I, along with my daughter who was also in the MVA with me, rescinded representation from that firm and called Isaacs and Isaacs. That was the best decision that I made. Initially, Caroline Clay was the person that I would correspond to. She called at least once a week and more if she had questions.She displayed so much professionalism. If I had questions, she had answers. When she became an attorney, I was assigned to Shane Benson. He was perfect. He did the same as Caroline. We talked through all the questions that needed answers and he told me that he would always answer. He did just that. When it came to the negotiating of my settlement, Shane asked me what I thought was a good amount and to my surprise he told me that he honestly thought my numbers was spot on for the injuries I received.I was so pleased with Isaacs and Isaacs, Now, should something would happen to me and/or my family, Isaacs and Isaacs will be the first number I'd call. Thank you to everyone there for helping me through this ordeal.
