He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the immigration process in general and NIW in particular.. well, with such many years of experience in immigration, I can't say that it's a surprise. My personal success story under his representation says it all. We started my NIW process without any representation but Richard was kind enough to still take me on as a client and in two months of his representation, guidance, and direction we got an approval. And no, I'm not in the STEM field. So yes, you don't have to be in the science field to reach out to him. He's a master at his work.

I worked with Neil on 2 cases in a span of 6 years. First, was my case to help me get my citizenship. This process was not easy due to my circumstances. There were many sleepless nights that I was worried about my case but Neil didn't only fight for me, but gave me hope and continued to assure me that everything will be fine! Honestly, I doubted him sometimes, due to the complexity of the process, but he was right!! After 3 years, I was granted my citizenship!!! Shortly thereafter, Neil took on a another case. This time was for me to sponsor for to my mother to gain her green card and bring her to the US. Again, after 3 yrs (process slowed by Covid), Neil and I succeeded and my mother is now in US! Neil is a professional for what he does! An absolute great attorney. He is always reachable and has made time for availability if I had questions or discussions I wanted to have in person. The most thing, I was impressed by was his straightforwardness. This was evident on his fees. We agreed on a price and that was it. There were no surprises and I know he put it more time than what I paid. He is absolutely amazing! I recommend him 1000%.

After dealing with a case on multiple occasions with no resolution, I Google searched for an attorney in my area, and I found this one. After reading some reviews, I decided to call. I retained Jackie Mayer as my attorney, and I'm so glad I did. She did a fantastic job! She stayed on top of my case, updating me regularly, and going back and forth w the prosecutor. She ended up getting me a deal I was happy with!
