I received a traffic citation in November of 2017 which was 81mph in a 70 mph zone taking place in Muskingum County Ohio. I called Robert explaining my situation and that I hadn’t had a ticket in over 5 years and I’d like for my insurance to continue to get cheaper as it has been outrageous when I was a teenager. Robert responded and was very willing to help, charging me a $500 fee which isn’t a good nor bad price..... I heard back a few weeks later stating that the judge would drop the case completely if I decided to do the drivers remedial course offered through their court system in which I took that deal immediately and paid the $100 to take the course turning in the completed course work in less than a week. Over 6 months later(June 2018) I receive an email from Robert that I had apparently missed a form that didn’t make it to the judge accepting the deal. Long story short they wouldn’t accept any of the paperwork late and I was charged with a 2 point moving violation costing me over $800 all said and done. I admit to missing the email with that paper needing signed HOWEVER I had sent numerous emails before AND after that specific document request providing any documentation that was asked of me. Robert blames this mistake on me saying I never signed the paper and that’s why I didn't make it to the courts in time. To sum this all up you can decide on who’s fault this really was, when I obviously hired Robert as an attorney to assist me in this case from beginning to end. For a $500 fee wouldn’t you think he’d have made sure all of the ducks are in a row?

One of my friend recommended Neil for my Green Card Application. My wife is a US Citizen and I was on Student visa. Neil helped us with all the documentation and paperwork that is required to filled an application. I have hardly talked twice or thrice over a phone with Neil during our application. Most of our conversation was through Email, which was very easy and quick. Neil used to respond us very quickly all the time. He prepared us for an Interview we were on a call for an hour, because we were in a different states.
