Great customer serivice and help

This lady helped my dad. He was hit by a semi truck 😢 She answered the phone call appropriately and gathered all the necessary information immediately. She provided clear instructions to email more info including pics of this accident scene. I responded with a different business email for larger MB storage capacity. This lady confirmed that she recovered multiple emails from me. I am the father's son. He don't know how to emai. This phone call went as professional as I could imagine. She was nice, curious and presented genuine care over the phone. She informed us someone would immediately begin working this case once request info was received. Some one called my dad back the very next evening. I was surprised to receive such a fast response. This lady send email link for signing online documents and clearly provided instructions. Thank you for providing great experience for us.
