Kelly Farrish is most definitely the lawyer to contact when facing an OVI charge. Mr. Farrish was able to meet with me as soon as the next day after I contacted him. He is very efficient in all work he performs and is very detail-oriented when it comes to each case. He spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me during my initial contact and then spent A LOT of time during our in-person meeting going over EVERYTHING, as this was my first offense. He explained different scenarios of what could possibly happen with my case and was very transparent. He is very knowledgeable with OVI cases and takes pride in his work. Mr. Farrish was able to answer all questions when asked and if he was unavailable, he was very quick to respond. He is upfront with timelines and expectations, as well as informative with all aspects of cases. He provides facts and statistics to help clients better understand how things can go. I was able to get my OVI charge reduced, thanks to Kelly Farrish. This, of course, was a huge blessing, as I was concerned how this could burden my current employment and personal life. I honestly could not have gotten through this entire process without Mr. Farrish. He was very concerned with my emotions and was able to help ease a lot of stress with information he provided.
