I was seeking a highly respected, competent, experienced, and diligent attorney to represent me in my divorce that I was seeking. A trusted friend that was familiar with her professionally referred me. My particular case involved seeking custody of minors. From the initial consultation Ms. Nestheide put my anxiety and fears at ease. I was very apprehensive due to the sensitive nature of my situation but she listened with empathy, concern, and very much made me feel that she was the right person to hire. There was never a time that she was not responsive either by phone or email even on the weekend. Her thoroughness and knowledge of family law was a tremendous asset. Thinking of angles and aspects I had never thought of or considered. She kept me informed and explained everything as went through the process and she made it as painless as possible. I had a particularly nasty divorce (aren't they all) and Maggie went above and beyond to take care of everything. She was very organized, moved quickly and was instrumental in navigating the messy road during such a chaotic time. Maggie was adept at dealing with difficult personalities and managing expectations, knew when to be a bulldog and when to work cooperatively to achieve the end result. Exceptional work and I would highly recommend.
