I went to see 4 different lawyers for my case. All of whom told me my case was incredibly difficult and problematic. They each offered me solutions but none of them seemed to be 'on my side'. Marilyn didn't have much time but she made the effort to listen to my story , took the time to think out all possible scenarios and explain them to me fully - as well as reassured me that she was on my side whatever happened. The dedication, compassion and kindness she showed to me, a stranger, was unmatched even before I designated her as my attorney. Once she had my file, she worked diligently to make sure my life and that of my children would not be disrupted. She called me personally each time there was a milestone in my case and effectively outlined next steps. I would recommend her fully to anyone with any immigration issue, not only can she be trusted to do the utmost on your behalf but you can rest assured she knows all the little intricacies of immigration law inside out and will use that wealth of knowledge to advocate on your behalf.

Marilyn truly is an amazing lawyer and human being. I had submitted all my immigration paperwork for DACA renewal as specified in the guidelines, however the processing time for the request was longer than the date on my permit. Being a college student, I need that permit to be able to work in order to pay my tuition, so naturally, I was in full panic mode. I then reached out to Marilyn for help. She was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule and assist me. Using her numerous resources she was able to expedite the processing of my request and get everything resolved within a week. She is truly an excellent lawyer, who assisted me every step of the way while working with both of our busy schedules. I honestly cannot thank her enough, without her, I would have been stuck indefinitely.
